Come out and sweat with TC as he leads a fun but challenging bootcamp that’ll leave you sweating and inspired. The Bootcamp is two hours of high-powered movement with a focus on explosiveness and power. You can expect high intensity intervals with lots of plyometrics that specifically targets the lower body and core.
You will be using your very own body weight as TC leads you through a series of drills that are orchestrated to increase your speed, agility and strength that will no doubt test your limits and push your boundaries!
